"I purchased a printer at Best Buy about a year ago. So, when I had a paper jam that I could not fix myself, I took it into BB thinking they could help me. The representative said they do not work on printers. I asked for any options of where to take my item and they suggested Device Pitstop. I walked right in and told the lady behind the counter my problems. She fixed it on the spot without pushing me off to another provider. I am visiting from Chicago and 2 hours before leaving my iPhone got stuck in a update mode. We tried for about an hour to fix it but nothing worked. We decided to try Device Pit Stop in Rivertown Center, Grandville Mi and they couldn’t of been more helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Laura and the other associate had a couple resolutions to try and it literally was fixed in minutes.
